The main objective of this project is to show significant features of non-Newtonian fluids. Such fluids do not fulfill the Newton's law (they don’t have a linear relationship between shear rate and tangential stress of the liquid). In addition, the viscosity or the internal resistance against the flow formed between the molecules of the fluid is not constant value but a function of temperature. Generally non-Newtonian fluids can be divided into:
    - shear-thinning (the more we want to force the liquid into motion the lower the viscosity of the show), for example. Ketchup in a bottle, or whipped cream
    - thickened shear (contrary to the previous case, the attempt to introduce such a fluid in motion increases the viscosity) for example. Layout of potato starch and water.

Interesting phenomena that can be observed while working with non-Newtonian fluids (in this case thickened shear) are:
1. With slow stirring such a fluid we feel like we mingled ordinary fluid like water, but with the increase in frequency of rotation of the mixing becomes more and more difficult.
2. While trying to  energetically strike the surface of the liquid, it begins to behave like a hard rubber (one could even run after such fluid if we will properly and dynamically move), but if we touch the surface very slowly, gently, your hand will immerse.
3. Another example may be the fact that from such a mixture can mold like clay, but it is more tiring as it requires continuous work on the fluid. If we stop to exert a certain strength on the liquid it will start to behave like a normal Newtonian liquid.
